Can I add devices by room?

Hi. Just got hubiVue installed and working with my Hubitat. I’ve been able to add devices via the MakerAPI, but is there a way to add devices by room e.g. shop, great room, family room, etc?

Yes, that’s the default way hubiVue Wizard will auto-create dashboards for you.

Did you not see the wizard mention rooms?

Yes, I saw references to rooms, but I have 4 rooms defined but only the one called “Great Room” was availble to select.

I think the only reason that Great Room showed up is because I added the Great Room Shades group as a tile.

How do I see all of the rooms I have defined?

Rooms are only defined as part of the devices themselves. Rooms are not individually part of MakerAPI so unless a device is included in MakerAPI and is placed inside a room, it won’t show up.
